Who we are

Our organization operates in Costa Rica since 15 years deals with tourism hospitality management and construction of Condos. Specifically, we have developed in the Guanacaste region, at the Flamingo - Potrero area, on the West Coast of the country, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
In recent years we have obtained a solid knowledge base on the territory of Costa Rica, we are the first in Europe to sell vacations houses in Central America.

Today we have four Condos built and sold, including more than 250 villas, two restaurants, three shops, supermarket, ice cream bar, pizza, travel agency, real estate, laundry, tennis courts, three swimming pools, 68.000 square meters of tropical gardens, well equipped shelter by the sea at the fabulous Playa La Penca, amphitheater, and more.

Following the success of the early years, we are planning for the near future the construction of Villaggio 5, directly alongside the sea, with innovative technologies to live in full freedom your vacations.

It is the tour operator company based in Italy, which is responsible for flight operations and logistics from Italy to Costa Rica, for your safety, your doubts, and for your peace of mind on the flight.
