The Villaggio Flor del Pacífico is a recently built residential run by an Italian real estate group, "Mirica International Group". It consists of individual villas surrounded by tropical gardens and at several hundred meters from the sea. It is located in Costa Rica, at region of Guanacaste, in the town of Flamingo - Potrero, and overlooking to a white sandy bay of the Pacific Ocean, Playa La Penca. After Villaggio 1, Villaggio 2, Villaggio 3, Villaggio 4 "Claudia", Villaggio 5 "Dream of the Sea" is under construction, and will come to light at less than 100 meters from the sea.
