We discovered Flor de Pacifico almost by chance, but over the past four years up to today, the appreciation we’ve developed for Flor de Pacifico has only continued to grow.
I found a family. On a human level, it was truly a wonderful impression, and from that moment I trusted them. That’s why I ended up making three different investments.
Having taken part in Flor de Pacifico — which I already knew because I had the chance to meet both the staff members and, having already done an exploratory trip there — I can only speak highly of it.
The investment was influenced enormously by the value of the people. My partner in particular, who is very skeptical by nature, had a harder time than I did — obviously I’m more sociable. But once he decided, that was it: now he tells everyone about it. He has become proof that even a skeptical person, when they find the right place, can trust wholeheartedly and with peace of mind.
From the very beginning, I had an excellent relationship with the people who interacted with me: clear answers, no beating around the bush. Basically, every question received a direct and focused response.
Probably the strongest element is the idea of spending — if not the whole year, at least a large part of what is now my approaching old age — in a place without the stress and tension we experience here in Italy. A place where you can live well with a pension that certainly wouldn’t allow you to live comfortably in Italy, but there it allows you to live very well because the costs are lower, and because what you can do there, you simply couldn’t do here with the same amount of money.
Costa Rica could appeal to a very broad target of people — whether for vacations, for relocating permanently, or even for living part of the year there and part elsewhere.
