Villa Iguana doesn’t dominate the landscape—it interprets, amplifies, and lives within it. The design was conceived to blend harmoniously with the tropical environment, built around the core idea of experiencing the outdoors as a natural extension of the indoor space.

A large shaded porch acts as a threshold and a filter, dissolving the boundary between home and nature.
The light, continuous sloping roof unifies and protects, taking inspiration from traditional tropical architecture.
The roof folds elegantly, guided by bioclimatic principles that regulate shading and natural ventilation.

Villa Iguana is a semi-detached home designed for relaxation. On the ground floor (95 SQ M) there is a spacious living area with kitchen (25 SQ M). The two bedrooms (15 SQ M and 13 SQ M) each feature a private bathroom (5.5 SQ M). A 15 SQ M porch offers an ideal outdoor relaxation space. A version with a 10 SQ M mezzanine is also available.
